Please be aware that to take part in all coaching sessions you must have met the enrolement conditions set by our coaching staff. The main point being that coaches require 2 days notice that you will be attending a session. It is in your best interests to do so, as if no interest has been shown in a session it could be cancelled, or if too many people turn up there may not be enough coaches.
